Proposed Amendments to the Declaration and Restrictions
The WEHA board has been hard at work to develop updates to the declaration and restrictions for the homes association. Most residents feel that the current restrictions and declaration are dated and need to be changed. By clicking the links below, you can access the most recent versions of the declaration we are proposing. Once we have the final documents, we will be asking for signatures from the entire association. We will need two thirds of each plat to sign these documents so that we can change the declaration and restrictions.
Please click on the two documents below to access a printable PDF that needs to be signed. Please read through both documents carefully, and remember these guidelines:
- You must be the current owner of the property.
- If more than one person is listed on the title as owning the home, you will need to have that person sign this document, ideally above your signature.
- A witness over the age of 18 who is not an owner of the property must sign both documents.
- Please make sure that your street address is filled out in the section provided.
- Do not fill in the date at the top of the Proposed Declaration, but make sure the date is next to your signature.
- Once you are finished, mail the completed forms in their entirety to P.O. Box 16582 Raytown, MO 64133.
