Sunday: 1 pm – 7 pm*

*Subject to temperature & weather requirements
*Beginning in July, the pool will close at 8 pm.
*Pool hours may change for any reason.

Due to the pool opening later in the season, we will extend the pool days into the school year, with adjusted open times as stated below.

August 21-25: 4:30 pm – 8 pm
August 26: 12:30 pm – 8 pm
August 27: 1 pm – 8 pm
August 28 - Sept 1: 4:30 pm – 8 pm
September 2: 12:30 pm – 8 pm
September 3: 1 pm – 8 pm
September 4: 1 pm – 5 pm; Dog Swim 5 pm – 6 pm

We look forward to a safe, fun, and exciting summer. This summer we're using an online application to process pool applications. We have a lot of changes happening this season, so please read all the information below to get a better idea of what’s happening!

Who can become a pool member?

To purchase a pool pass, you must be a resident in good standing of Woodson Estates or Timber Valley, and must be current on your Homes Association assessments. For Woodson Estates residents: If you believe you owe dues, you may call Sandy Olson at 816-405-2415 to verify. If you are not a member of either Homes Association, you must be vouched for/sponsored by a family that resides in Woodson Estates or Timber Valley.

Membership Costs

Family Membership - $300
Family Memberships are for Families with 2-8 members that want access to the Woodson Estates Pool.<
Individual Membership - $175

Physical & Digital Pool Passes

When you arrive at the pool, you will present your pool pass in physical or electronic form to the lifeguard to check you in before you will be allowed to swim. If the lifeguard has not checked you in, you do not have permission to use the pool facilities.

Digital Passes (ePasses)
You will receive free Digital Passes for each member. You may easily store ePasses in your Apple wallet or Android wallet app. They will automatically be emailed to you after your application is approved.

Physical Passes
When you submit your application, you will have the option to order physical passes for any member of your family, or for your whole family. These physical passes will be printed on PVC and may be used for multiple years as long as you/your family retain membership.
Each physical pass will cost $2, and shipping will cost $3 per shipment, regardless of how many physical passes are ordered.

Guest Passes

You may bring up to 3 guests to the pool per day and must register them with the Lifeguard when they sign in themselves. Each guest must reside outside Woodson Estates & Timber Valley. If a member is caught with one or more guests who have not paid, both the member and their guest will be asked to leave.

Guest fees may be paid by card or with cash upon entry.

Guests under 18: $5.00
Guests 18+: $10.00

Frequently Asked Questions

An ePass is a special file (.pkpass) you can store in a Wallet app on a mobile device.
Display them to the attendant to gain access to the Woodson Pool.

How do I get my ePasses?

Your community will send them to you by email. Check your Inbox for an email from passes@accessgrantedsystems.com. If you can’t find it there, check your spam folder in your e-mail.

How do I use it? - Apple (iPhones, iPads)

On your iPhone, open the email and tap on each attachment.

You will be prompted to add to your Apple Wallet.

When you arrive at your facility, open your Apple Wallet app and show your passes to the attendant.

How do I use it? - Android

Step 1

On an Android phone, you have to install a wallet app from the Google Play store.

Another alternative is PassWallet: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.attidomobile.passwallet

Click on the Install button to add the app to your device.

Step 2

Open your email with your ePasses attached. Shown is an example in Gmail. Tap each pass to add it to your wallet.

When you arrive at your facility, open your wallet app and show your passes to the attendant.

How do I share my passes?

You may want other adult or family members to have their ePasses on their smart phone. Simply share them the same way you would share other objects on your smart phone. This way, both mom and dad can have access to the kids passes.

Pool Rental Application

The Woodson Estates Pool may be rented by the hour (minimum of 2 hours) after pool hours until 11:00pm. Preference will be given to Woodson Estates Pool Members in good standing.
