Let’s get the pool ready for 2026!
Did you know that Woodson Estates has a swimming pool? We have a beautiful pool located in the park just on the East side of Larson Avenue between 62nd Street and 62nd Terrace. The pool is open to anyone, not just residents of the HOA, and is really a perfect spot for you and your family to enjoy some time together.
It “takes a village” to get the pool open and keep it running throughout the season. Here’s where you can help and be a blessing to the community.
Come out for our annual Trivia Night
This Saturday, March 14, join us at Graceway Church for our annual trivia night. Tickets are only $25 a person and can be purchased at the event page, where you can find more info!
Join the Pool Committee
The Pool Committee is responsible for the daily operations. If you have a background in pool maintenance, management, or simply want to serve, please email Jeremy Schell at woodsonestatesboard@gmail.com. Tasks include basic maintenance, day to day help with concessions, helping with events, and being available to our life guards.
Work as a Life Guard
We are hiring life guards for the 2026 season. You must be CPR and Lifeguard Certified and we prefer you to be at least 16-years-old. Again, send an email to woodsonestatesboard@gmail.com to get in touch with the right people.
Join us for Clean-up Weekends
You can simply just join us on the weekends of April 17 or April 24 for two weekends of clean-up and maintenance. The first weekend we will be working to remove lawn and leaf debris from the grounds and the second weekend we’ll be getting the pool cleaned along with the building (concession and bathrooms). Specific times will follow once we have a better look at the weather.
Donate or Buy a Membership
Finally, you can make a donation to the pool’s operating budget as we always have expenses we are trying to meet. We keep our membership prices as low as possible, so your donations are valuable. This year we need to do some work on the pool’s stairs!
Memberships are going to be $275 for a family pass (up to 8 people living in your home) and $175 for a single.
