| Happy New Year, Woodson Estates! It’s the last week of January and winter has finally arrived! We hope that you are safe and warm as we navigate our first snowfall of the year. As we start this new year, please make sure you are up-to-date on your annual dues as we have a number of neighbors who have still not paid their 2025 assessments.
