Results of 2025 Annual Meeting

What was decided at the meeting?

Thank you to those that came to our annual meeting. We were able to provide an update on what’s going on in Woodson Estates, current projects, and updates from our committees. During the meeting, we adopted the 2024 minutes into record, approved the 2025 budget, approved 2025 dues ($60), and passed the fine structure for violations.

We were disappointed that no one chose to join the board of directors, and still have three spots on the board available to anyone living in Woodson Estates.

Current Projects
We are working hard to collect signatures to get a 2/3 majority approval in order to change our bylaws and restrictions. You can view and sign the documents at this link.

We are also working to get the pool open for the 2025 swim season. We will be cleaning the pool and building on Saturday, April 5th, starting at 9am. Additionally, Crane Brewing is also donating a portion of sales on Thursday, April 10th from 4-6pm; join us for either event!

Fee Structure
Our new fee structure was passed at the annual meeting. This structure allows the board to issue fees for violations of the neighborhood restrictions.

  • The first offense will result in a letter being mailed to the address with a notification of the violation and an expected date by which the violation will be resolved.
  • The second offense (same violation) will result in a $25 fee, which must be paid within a month.
  • The third offense (same violation) will result in an additional $50 fee, which must be paid within a month.
  • The fourth offense (same violation) will result in a lien being placed on the property with Jackson County.
