Pool Fundraiser Trivia Night
We are excited to host our first trivia night in an effort to raise funds to open our pool for the 2025 Swim Season! This family-friendly evening will feature a few rounds of popular trivia and is a great opportunity to have fun with your neighbors!
Our trivia night will be on Saturday, March 8 at 6:00pm at Graceway Church.
You can purchase a table for $200 or buy individual seats at $25 a piece. Each table is a team of 8. Teams are encouraged to make a snack or meal plan.
Annual Neighborhood Meeting – Monday, March 24
The Woodson Estates Annual meeting will be on Monday, March 24 at 6:30pm at River Church at 6400 Woodson Road. The annual meeting is your opportunity to hear how things are going in the neighborhood, vote for new board members, and vote on a couple of important issues for 2025.
We have two departing board members and one up for election this year. If you would like to join the board, this is your best opportunity.
We will be voting on our annual budget (dues) and on a proposed fee structure when our restrictions are violated. In order to cast a vote, your dues must be current.
