| Annual Neighborhood MeetingEvery year our neighborhood has an annual meeting to give you an opportunity to vote on the board of directors, discuss what’s going on the in the neighborhood, and meet your neighbors. This year’s annual meeting will be on Monday, March 11 at 6:30pm at River Church (6400 Woodson Road, Raytown, MO 64133). This year’s meeting will include information about our annual budget, dues, our neighborhood committees, and efforts we are making to improve Woodson Estates, especially efforts we are undertaking to amend our bylaws. Light refreshments will be provided at the meeting and we hope that you can join us.If you have not paid your 2023 Homes Association Dues, please remit payment immediately to avoid incurring a fine or having a lien placed on your property.  We are working on getting the pool ready for the 2024 Swimming Season! As we prepare to get the pool ready for the 2024 Season, we have created a very short, simple survey that we’d like to have you take in regards to the new membership prices. Our prices are extremely competitive compared with other pools in the Raytown and KC area and are reduced from last year’s membership fees. Pricing for Residents of Woodson Estates (in good standing) Early bird single: $125 Regular single: $150 Early bird family: $250 Regular family: $275 Pricing for Non-residents of Woodson Estates Early bird single: $150 Regular single: $175 Early bird family: $275 Regular family: $300 We are also planning on a discounted membership for families that have children on the Woodson Sharks Swim Team.Click here to take the survey!
