Woodson Estates Annual Meeting
We have adjusted the date of our annual meeting to Monday, March 23, 2026 at 6:30pm at River Church.
Our agenda will include a “state of the neighborhood address, updates from each of our committees, an update from KCPD on our area, and an opportunity for questions to be answered by the board. We will be holding an election for five current and three new board members. We will be voting on our annual budget and annual dues.
Due to the departure one member of the HOA board, nominations will be accepted from the floor at the annual meeting. Nominees need not be present; however, they must be aware of their nomination documented by a written and signed statement acknowledging the nomination and willingness to serve, if elected. Documentation of same must be provided to the Board Secretary prior to the meeting.
To be eligible to vote and/or to serve on the Board, you must be a member in good standing of the Woodson Estates Homes Association. To be in good standing the 2025 annual assessment(s) and/or any delinquent assessments must be paid in full prior to the convening of the Annual Meeting on Monday, March 23, 2026.
